Your trust is part of the work. This is exactly what we collect, why we hold it, and how long it stays — written plainly, no fine-print games.

01

Information we collect

We only ask for what we need to book you, tattoo you safely, and keep proper records. That includes:

  • Booking inquiries — your name, email, phone number, and the details of the tattoo you’re after, plus any reference images you choose to upload.
  • Contact form submissions — anything you send through the consult form or by email.
  • Waiver submissions — the legal name, address, date of birth, contact details, and health declarations you provide on the tattoo release form.
  • Digital signatures — the drawn or typed signature captured when you complete a waiver, along with a date and timestamp.
  • Basic technical data — standard information your browser sends (device type, general location, pages visited) so the site works and stays secure.

We do not collect payment card numbers on this site. Deposits are handled separately by e-transfer.

02

How we use it

Your information is used to respond to consult requests, schedule and confirm appointments, prepare for your session, keep the legally required health and consent records, and follow up about aftercare or touch-ups.

We do not sell your data, and we don’t send marketing you didn’t ask for. Your information stays between you and the studio.

03

Waiver & signature storage

Completed waivers and their signatures are stored as private records of your consent and health declarations. They’re kept confidential, accessible only to the studio, and used solely to document that proper consent was given and to inform safe practice for future work.

A copy of your completed waiver can be emailed to you on request.

04

Data retention

Booking and contact details are kept while you’re an active client and for a reasonable period afterward in case you return. Waiver and consent records are retained for as long as public-health and liability standards require. When information is no longer needed, it’s securely deleted.

05

Third-party services

A small number of trusted services help the studio operate — for example, email and form delivery, and map links. These providers only receive the information needed to perform their function, and they’re bound by their own privacy obligations. We choose providers that take data protection seriously.

06

Security

We take reasonable technical and practical steps to protect your information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, but access to your records is limited to the studio and handled with care.

07

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete records we’re not legally required to keep. Reach out any time and we’ll take care of it.
